Description

Low tissue toxicity of the gauze ensures immunity from tissue damage unless exposure levels are high. Any wounds that come into contact with blood or the inner layer of the skin should be treated. Since the thin bandage lacks adhesiveness, serum and blood have no effect on it. If necessary, it can be divided into smaller pieces. A non-adherent dressing that is gentle on the skin is called Bactigras.

How to use Before touching the Bactigras gauze or the wound, wash your hand with water and soap then ensure that it is completely dry. To reduce your risk of contracting an infection, put on a pair of gloves. Thoroughly clean the skin surrounding the wound and the injured area. Use cotton that has been dipped in betadine or spirit. Apply an enveloped cotton pad to the wound. Place the Bactigras gauze over the cotton, and then tape it down with ribbon or adhesive tape. To remove, apply spirit on the adhesive to loosen the stickiness and gently pull. Put the gauze and cotton pad in a surgical waste bin for disposal. The product is packaged after being sterilized. Stay away from all moisture. Both adults and children can use it safely. It is suggested that the dressing be changed frequently to aid in the healing process. Using it on more than 10% of the body is not advised. If the patient has a chlorhexidine allergy, stay away from it. Avoid the brain, meninges, middle ear, and eyes. Never use the gauze twice. Store the item strictly outside of a refrigerator and away from moisture. When placing the gauze, try to avoid applying extra pressure. Store the product away from sunlight in a cool, dry place. Keep children out of the product's reach. To encourage surgical disposal and recycling, dispose of the gauze in a surgical waste container.
